2, the pump can’t normal water into the same can’t be water, check whether the water bay or check stopcock is blocked or stuck, pumping pipe if there’s a leak will also affect the water into the water.
3, the pump internal corridor of the wear and tear or connection out, check the pump and motor coupling wear and tear, loose and impeller is worn.
