Standard Mud Pump
The mud pump is mainly used to transport the mud medium with high consistency or more particles and debris. It is often used in construction sites, enterprise production, and mud pond pumping.
Mud pumps generally do not have cutting impellers, because mud pumps are used to pump mud. And there are two main performance parameters in the mud pump, namely displacement and pressure. Displacement is calculated by several liters per minute, which is related to the diameter of the borehole and the required rate of return of the flushing fluid from the bottom of the hole, that is, the diameter of the hole. The larger it is, the larger the displacement required. It is required that the upward return speed of the flushing fluid can flush the cuttings and rock powder cut by the drill bit away from the bottom of the hole in time and carry them to the surface reliably. Through drilling and extraction, the mud in the subsurface can be obtained.
