In many users, the
fire pump often encounters the pressure of the fire pump. The user directly finds the fire pump manufacturer to solve it. However, the
water pump pressure is not enough, the water supply is not enough, the outlet end is over-treated, and the pump chamber is not. There are a lot of reasons why the air is not discharged, or even the low-end error wiring method.
For the lack of pressure on the fire pump, there are several possibilities and solutions for the pressure:
Experts analyzed 9 test methods:
1) The
fire pump is rotating in the wrong direction
Elimination measures: Check the direction of rotation.
2) The fire pump is not filled with water or properly exhausted
Elimination: Check that the pump casing and inlet lines are all filled with liquid.
3) The packing or seal in the stuffing box is worn out, causing air to leak into the pump casing.
Elimination measures: Check the packing or seal and replace as needed to check if the lubrication is normal.
4) There is a leak in the air or inlet line
Elimination measures: Check the inlet line for air pockets and/or air leaks.
5) Motor speed is too low
Elimination measures: Check if the motor wiring is correct, the voltage is normal or the turbine pressure of the turbine is normal.
6) Insufficient suction head when pumping hot or volatile liquids.
7) System head is too high
Elimination measures: Check the head of the system (especially the friction loss).
8) Impeller or pipeline is blocked
Elimination measures: Check for obstacles.
9) Suction is too high
Elimination measures: Check the existing net head (the inlet line is too small or too long will cause a large friction loss).
